Bold Gloves Canada – Be Bold. Be Different.

Due to the fully custom nature of all Bold Gloves Canada products, we do not offer refunds, returns, cancellations, or exchanges on any custom orders.

Each glove is made-to-order based on the exact specifications selected by the customer at the time of purchase. It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review and confirm the accuracy of all customization details—including colors, materials, web style, size, stitching, and personalization—before completing checkout. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

Order Accuracy & Production
All gloves are produced strictly according to the designs agreed upon with communication directly with us at Bold Gloves. We try our best to ensure we're all on the same page before hitting the "GO" button.

Color Variations
Please note that colors may appear differently in person than they do on-screen. Differences in monitor displays, lighting, and the leather dyeing process may result in slight variations. These differences are normal and are not considered defects.

Issues with Your Order
If your glove arrives with a manufacturing defect or does not match the specifications submitted in your order, please contact us directly within a reasonable timeframe at the email below. All issues will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and we will work with you to find an appropriate resolution.

Normal Wear & Tear
Over time, natural wear—including softening of leather or minor color fading—may occur with use. This is expected with premium leather products and is not considered a defect.
